How to read the recent filings feed
This feed lists the most recent SEC Form 4 filings across every US-listed company, newest first. A Form 4 is filed whenever a corporate insider — a director, officer, or beneficial owner of more than 10% of a company's stock — buys, sells, or is granted shares. Federal law requires the filing within two business days of the transaction, which is what makes Form 4 one of the timeliest public windows into insider behaviour.
Each row shows the company, the insider and their role, the transaction code, the number of shares, and the price. The codes matter: P is an open-market purchase, S an open-market sale, A a grant or award, and M an option exercise. Open-market purchases are the most watched, since they commit the insider's own capital. See our full guide to Form 4 transaction codes for the complete list.
Want this feed in your own application? The Form4API insider trading API delivers the same filings in real time over REST and webhooks, with amendment-aware parsing and three-plus years of history.
