What a 13F position does and does not tell you
Each row is a position as reported on the quarter-end date. Because a 13F is due 45 days after the quarter closes, the portfolio shown here may already have changed by the time it became public — a manager can build or exit an entire position inside the reporting gap and it will never appear.
The filing also covers only US-listed equities and certain options and convertibles. Bonds, cash, foreign-listed shares and short positions are all absent, so this is not a complete picture of what the manager owns, and the totals should not be read as the firm's full book.
